There was a really big flare today (X6.9) and I don't see anything out of the ordinary on the decay rate plot. Conveniently, the plot is right near the end of the week so there's over six days preceding the flare. I don't see anything, and my sensitivity is pretty high; the reported 0.3% variation caused by similar flares would be six divisions on the chart. I just see flicker noise.
